2Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in their jurisdiction, have authority to represent a business when applicable, provide accurate registration information, and comply with applicable laws.

3Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting your password, keeping information updated, and all activities performed through your account. Sellifyy may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

4Services We Provide

Depending on your subscription, Sellifyy may provide an Online Store Builder, Ready-to-Sell Store, Product Catalog, White Label Products, Print On Demand, Marketplace Connectivity, Email Marketing, WhatsApp Automation, Inventory Tools, Warehouse Management, Customer Management, Reporting, and Analytics.

5Subscription Plans

Your subscription determines available features, product limits, marketplace integrations, Ready Store eligibility, White Label access, automation features, and support level. Fees are billed according to the selected plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation.

6Marketplace Integrations

Sellifyy may integrate with supported third-party marketplaces such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, Facebook Shop, and others.

Users remain responsible for marketplace policies, seller accounts, product compliance, taxes, marketplace fees, and seller performance. Availability depends on supported integrations and applicable platform requirements.

7White Label Products

White Label products are supplied through the Sellifyy ecosystem. Users remain responsible for product pricing, product listings, customer support, and legal compliance in their selling regions. Availability, specifications, and packaging options may vary.

8Print On Demand

Print On Demand products are manufactured after order placement. Production timelines vary by product type, customization, and location. Minor variations in color, placement, or finish may occur due to manufacturing processes.

9Brand On Demand™

Brand On Demand™ is Sellifyy's proprietary business model combining technology, commerce, branding, and operational tools into one platform.

10Sellifyy Ready Store™

Ready Stores are automatically generated based on selected categories and themes. Users may customize stores according to available platform features. Content, product availability, and included features depend on the selected subscription plan.

11Orders & Fulfillment

Users are responsible for reviewing order details before processing. Shipping times, fulfillment schedules, and production timelines are estimates and may vary due to operational, logistics, customs, or external factors.

12Payments

Payments are securely processed by authorized payment providers. Sellifyy does not store complete payment card information. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specified in a separate refund policy.

Users must use Sellifyy responsibly. Fraudulent transactions, fake orders, illegal products, copyright infringement, hate speech, malware distribution, spam campaigns, and unauthorized data collection may result in suspension.

15Intellectual Property

Sellifyy, Brand On Demand™, Sellifyy Ready Store™, logos, software, designs, graphics, trademarks, and platform content remain the intellectual property of Black Jack Luxury Pvt. Ltd. or their respective owners. Users retain ownership of uploaded content, subject to rights necessary for Sellifyy to provide the services.

16User Content

Users are responsible for ensuring uploaded content does not infringe copyrights or trademarks, violate applicable laws, or contain illegal material. Sellifyy may remove content that violates these Terms.

17Third-Party Services

Sellifyy integrates with third-party payment gateways, shipping providers, advertising platforms, marketplaces, analytics providers, and communication services. Sellifyy is not responsible for their independent policies or availability.

18Availability

Sellifyy strives to provide reliable platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, security improvements, or third-party outages may temporarily affect availability.

Sellifyy provides software, technology, and commerce tools. Sellifyy does not guarantee business success, sales volume, search engine rankings, marketplace approvals, advertising performance, revenue, or profitability.

20Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Jack Luxury Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Sellifyy. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the applicable service during the preceding twelve (12) months, unless otherwise required by law.

21Suspension & Termination

Sellifyy may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, abuse the platform, fail to pay subscription fees, or create security risks. Users may discontinue use at any time, subject to outstanding contractual obligations.

Use of Sellifyy is also governed by the Sellifyy Privacy Policy.

23Changes to Services

Sellifyy may introduce new features, modify existing services, discontinue features, or update subscription plans to improve the platform.

24Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be available on the Sellifyy website. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms where permitted by law.

25Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
