Sellifyy is a Brand On Demand™ commerce platform developed by Black Jack Luxury Pvt. Ltd., Surat, Gujarat, India. The platform supports Brand On Demand™, White Label Products, Print On Demand, Sellifyy Ready Store™, Marketplace Integrations, Multi-Channel Commerce, and Business Automation.

Approved Vendors and Suppliers provide products and services that become part of the Sellifyy ecosystem.

2Eligibility

To become an approved Vendor or Supplier, applicants must be legally authorized to operate, provide accurate business information, complete Sellifyy's verification process, comply with applicable laws, and meet Sellifyy's quality and operational standards.

4Product Standards

Sellifyy may periodically review product quality.

5Product Information

Vendors must provide accurate product titles, descriptions, specifications, materials, images, dimensions, weight, variants, pricing, country of origin, and certifications where applicable. Misleading or inaccurate information is prohibited.

6Product Pricing

Vendors are responsible for submitting accurate pricing, including manufacturing price, wholesale price, bulk pricing where available, MOQ, and lead time. Sellifyy may display pricing according to platform policies and commercial agreements.

7Inventory Management

Vendors must maintain accurate inventory records and provide updates promptly. Repeated stock inaccuracies may result in product removal, reduced visibility, or temporary suspension.

8Production Timeline

Vendors must meet agreed production schedules, provide realistic estimated production times, and notify Sellifyy immediately if delays occur.

9Quality Control

Sellifyy may perform product inspections, sample reviews, random quality checks, and customer complaint reviews. Products failing quality standards may be removed or suspended.

10White Label Services

Where applicable, Vendors agree to support approved customer branding requirements, which may include neutral packaging, custom branding, private label packaging, product labeling, and custom inserts. Only approved branding instructions should be applied.

11Brand On Demand™

Products participating in the Brand On Demand™ ecosystem must meet Sellifyy's branding, quality, and fulfillment requirements. Participation does not guarantee product promotion or sales.

13Packaging Requirements

Products should be securely and professionally packaged to protect them during shipping. Approved White Label packaging should be used where applicable.

14Shipping Responsibilities

15Marketplace Compliance

Products supplied through Sellifyy may be listed on supported marketplaces. Vendors must ensure compliance with product safety requirements, labeling requirements, intellectual property laws, and country-specific regulations.

16Intellectual Property

Vendors confirm that supplied products do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or patents and are legally manufactured. Vendors remain solely responsible for intellectual property disputes relating to supplied products.

17Confidentiality

Business information shared between Sellifyy and Vendors is confidential. This includes pricing, product development, customer information, technology, manufacturing processes, and business strategies. Confidential information may not be disclosed without written permission unless required by law.

18Product Availability

Sellifyy does not guarantee sales volume, product visibility, marketplace placement, revenue, or business growth. Demand varies based on customer activity and market conditions.

19Payments

Payment terms are governed by the applicable commercial agreement. Timing may depend on order completion, return periods, payment verification, marketplace settlement, and contractual terms.

20Returns & Defective Products

Vendors are responsible for resolving confirmed manufacturing defects, incorrect products, incorrect quantities, and production errors. Sellifyy may request replacement, repair, or reimbursement where appropriate.

23Vendor Performance

Sellifyy may evaluate Vendors based on product quality, production speed, inventory accuracy, order accuracy, return rate, customer complaints, on-time dispatch, communication, and compliance. Performance may affect visibility, partnership level, or continued participation.

24Suspension & Termination

Sellifyy may suspend or terminate Vendor access for repeated policy violations, fraud, counterfeit products, poor quality, excessive complaints, production failures, or legal non-compliance.

25Limitation of Liability

Sellifyy acts as a technology platform and business ecosystem. Except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing, Sellifyy is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the Vendor's products, manufacturing processes, shipping, or business operations.

26Changes to this Agreement

Sellifyy may update this Agreement periodically. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement where permitted by law.

27Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
